Well known cinematographer and producer Anaji Nagaraj after a debacle ‘Sugriva’ (18 hours film starring Shivarajakumar and Yagna Shetty) is gearing up to clear his stocks. He has ‘Gubbi’ and ‘Jokali’ at the finishing stages.

‘Gubbi’ by debutant Vijay calling the shots has completed all the work in nine months. Anaji Nagaraj was impressed with the story narration and story discussion style of young Vijay who worked as co-director under hat trick director of Kannada cinema Prem.

Debut director Vijay gaining experience as co director in films like Kariya, Excuse Me, Jogi, Preethi Eke Bhoomi Melidhe is looking confident on the success of his maiden directorial independent venture ‘Gubbi’. ‘Gubbi’ will be a musical hit film he promises. How the five youths in problems solve their problems is the crux of this film. Ajith, Girish, Vishwa, Kailash and Deepak are the five guys in the film.

Actor Ajith of ‘Patre Love Padma’ shaped well by director in hair style and body language is happy for good technicalities and style of narration. Music director Arjun has taken 25 days for scoring two songs. He has used the yesteryears song Neerinalli Aleya Unguru…in this film.

Girish who acted in Dhimaku and Birugali a television actor says the audience would definitely like this film. Vishwa is in his 7th film. The film is technically strong he says.
